what we do

Currently we work with a variety of materials from 3d printing to fabric to leather to create any costumes and props from head to toe!

Our process starts with a tremendous amount of reseaerch, then sourcing patterns and materials or making them from scratch if something is very niche or new. We collaborate with other small and local businesses to ensure every part of your piece is exactly how you want it

FABRIC

Our main material - fabric is the backbone of every good build. Whether its a base for armour, the flow of a batcape or boot covers, it is essential to get the right choice for what you are looking for

EVA FOAM

A fantastic way to make armour parts which need a little more flexibility, it's a great way to create dramatic shapes and detail while still being lightweight

3D PRINTING

One of our newer services, fantastic for props, weapons and armour parts - 3D printing is a strong and reliable way to have identical parts.

LEATHER

We do work with leather from sustainable sources - in small amounts for things like belts and baldrics. We have found that we can create the best detail from real leather for smaller pieces.
However, we love working with faux leather too - and 9 times out of 10, faux leather is better because its easier to work with and a lot more forgiving!

WOOD

Not used as much, however we have made some great smaller props and weapons. It gives strength and rigidity to smaller items without too much weight

WIGS

We also customise and style wigs! And we love it - it's a fantastic way to cap (haha) off your costume and really bring your character to life
